Bob founded M2B Retirement Consulting, LLC in September of 2016. Always an organized and hard worker, he spent the first twenty-two years of his professional career building a middling Third Party Administration firm into a large, successful regional firm with a wide variety of services and diverse employee group. Specializing in complex plan design and consulting in both the defined contribution and defined benefit place, Bob has sold thousands of plans in his career. Providing meaningful and understandable advice, Bob has assisted his clients deliver quality retirement benefits to hundreds of thousands of participants improving the private pension system.
Bob has attained multiple professional designations in the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) including that of Certified Pension Consultant (CPC). Leveraging his education, professional training, and experience, Bob works with numerous referral sources including investment advisors, accountants, attorneys, and other Third Party Administrators and actuaries. In working with Bob, these professional groups can expect and have experienced a commitment to providing value added consulting and service always geared to the client’s best interests. Overseeing all aspects of clients’ plan consulting, Bob is equally comfortable with plans covering a single participant to plans covering several thousand participants. He is involved in the details of design illustrations, careful and meticulous explanations as well as patient client explanations in face-to-face meetings or tele-conference.
Bob’s experience extends to all types of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans. Knowledgeable in all types of qualified DC and DB plans, Bob strives to make the most appropriate design suggestions for each client’s specific circumstances. An expert in new comparability and cross-tested designs, Bob uses the allowable tools to optimize client’s contribution results whatever the goal may be.
M2B offers all types of defined contribution plans and services (including profit sharing, money purchase, 401(k), ESOPs, ERSOPs (ROBS), 403(b) to name several). In addition, M2B maintains defined benefit services including owner-only plans, traditional DB’s, cash balance plans, DB/DC combination plan arrangements, and other actuarial services like ASC 715 (FASB) calculations and reporting. Molly Balkey, CPC, TGPC
Chief Administrative Officer
With over fourteen years of experience in the Retirement Plan Industry, Molly is familiar with all aspects of the retirement plan process and design implementation, including 401(k), 403(b), 457’s, and extremely large MEP’s. She has administered a substantially large book of business, while managing the training of new employees and quality control of work within the company. Molly is actively involved with the daily administration of several defined contribution plans, while working with a wide range of business owners, assisting in their retirement plan needs.
Molly was born in Canton, Ohio and graduated from Grove City College in May of 2002, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. She moved to Pittsburgh after graduation to begin her career in the Retirement Plan field. She has earned the Certified Pension Consultant and the Tax-Exempt & Governmental Plan Consultant designations from ASPPA. Molly Balkey is currently Treasurer of the ASPPA Benefits Council of Western PA.
Molly spends her free time with her husband and two young boys. She is also very active in the leadership aspects of her Church.

Meredith McCaskey, CPC, ERPA
Chief Business Development Officer
Meredith joined M2B Retirement Consulting, LLC in October, 2016 as the Chief Business Development Officer. As the CBDO, she is responsible for identifying new sales prospects, designing processes to drive business growth, maintaining high-level contacts with current and prospective clients, and assisting with design proposals and administration.
Meredith has extensive experience in the retirement plan industry spending the first 15 years of her career with a Pittsburgh-based TPA firm. Over the course of her career, she has handled all aspects of defined contribution plan administration, trained and mentored new employees, and assisted with the detailed review of work products prepared by other Analysts. She has broad knowledge and understanding of complex testing designs, including new comparability and DB/DC combination plan arrangements, IRS correction programs, and new client on-boarding.
With her tenured experience and superior communication skills, Meredith focuses on strengthening relationships and growing the referral network and new business sales. She prepares design analysis for prospective clients, helps to identify cross-selling opportunities for defined benefit plans, participates in client and prospect meetings, and manages a large book of business.
Meredith has attained several professional designations through the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. These designations include that of Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA), Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), and Certified Pension Consultant (CPC). In addition to the ASPPA designations, Meredith is an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) with the IRS. This designation allows her to represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service with respect to IRS forms under the 5300 and 5500 series.
Meredith graduated from Westminster College (New Wilmington, PA) in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. She and her family (including her golden retriever puppy, Campbell) live in Mars, PA.

Elizabeth Huffman, QKA
Director of Operations
Elizabeth joined M2B in February 2018 bringing with her a passion for the retirement industry along with 21+ years of experience. She is credited through the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries as a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA). Elizabeth graduated with a BS in Business Administration along with a MBA with a focus in Organizational Management and Leadership, both from Methodist University.
Having comprehensive knowledge in areas of plan design, administration, compliance, and IRS tax reporting, Elizabeth has worked with a diverse client base over the years, excelling in 401(k), Profit Sharing, 403(b), Defined Benefit/Cash Balance and MEPs, ranging from small to large audit-size plans.
As an experienced retirement plan administrator, Elizabeth places an exceptionally high emphasis on communication and personalized customer service. Elizabeth strives to establish a professional ease and comfort in working with clients, financial advisors, CPAs, and record keeping vendors.
Prior to joining M2B, Elizabeth’s experience included management of operations for a TPA where she trained and managed a team of retirement administrators and support staff. Elizabeth developed and implemented internal controls, procedures and operations that in turn created effective teamwork. As a result of those efforts, the company and staff surpassed client expectations formulating positive outcomes and future opportunities.
Elizabeth serves on the Board of Directors for the Warren County School District in Warren, PA where she resides with her husband, three sons and their family dog, Tucker. In addition to her service on the WCSB, Elizabeth is an active member at First United Methodist Church.
